I HAVE LOADS MORE PICTURES OF ALL OF THESE HORSES ON FACEBOOK (Liz Bradborn -ProperHorses) JUST ADD ME AS A FRIEND TO BE ABLE TO SEE!
At the begining of October I will be moving to a new yard about a mile up the road from where I am now, but at the moment there are no stables there! So for the rest of September I'm going to be focusing on moving yards and getting set up in the new place, so not really doing much with the horses for the rest of the month... still give me a ring if there is anything I can help with though! :)

Rather gorgeous appaloosa gelding, 16.1hh 5yo, stunning and lovely conformation, lots of bone, lovely natural outline, hacking out well alone and in company, safe hacking over the moors and in open spaces, not been here long but so far has show to be a very kind and relaxed horse. Definite potential to school on for dressage / competition or could just be a very smart all-rounder.

15.2hh Irish Sports Horse, Blue & white coloured mare, 4yo, recently broken (in Ireland) and is riding out well, we hunted her today and she was very good with promising attitude and a very willing jump. Her FULL brother is competing affiliated Eventing in Ireland, and with a bit more schooling I think this mare would also make a great young riders Event prospect.

Very quiet, safe and easy 14.2hh jet-black, 10yo cob gelding. This chap is a really lovable character, hes very friendly in the field, easy to catch, shoe, stable and generally nice to have about, he is a very easy ride, jolly but not at all strong and bomb-proof with all around him. He has also been well used for driving, but i've not tried him in harness yet. He has been teathered behind a gypsy wagon most of his life so is totally un-fazed buy noise, heavy traffic and general coming and goings. Although only 14.2hh he is built like a tank and very wide so would be up to carrying loads of weight, i'm 5'8 and you can see in the pictures he is taking up the length of my leg easily... he wouldn't know anything about schooling but no reason he would't learn, and as a nice easy comfortable hack who is fun but totally safe, this is your boy. I'll also upload a video of me just messing about on him and riding him backwards and doing 'round the world' as we're riding along, he really doesn't mind anything you do with him, he's a star :)
£1850

This is Quiz, he is a 15.2hh black & white HW cob gelding, He's only 4yo but has been broken from 3 so is very easy and laid back. He is bombproof with traffic (pic above is him & Pandora pictured below outside the local shop while we nipped in for lunch), and is easy to catch and tack up and stands still while you get on. He is still young so doesn't want a TOTAL novice but he is pretty unflappable so would suit almost anyone. He will be a real family friend and make someone very happy. £1950

Murthwaite Black Adder II 3YO BLACK GELDING
This stunning Fell is by the hugely sucessful stallion Murthwaite Look At Me, and out of Murthwaite Black Magic. He is closely related to many HOYS qualified Fells and is definitely a top show contender. He is 13.3hh now so should make full up to height at 14hh. He is very well handled and is a lovely friendly pony who should be a perfect riding pony in the future. Has shown locally this month and done well despite my total inexperience showing!

4yo Bay with white legs (minimally marked tobiano) 15hh mare. This little horse is such a sweet girl, she is slightly wary when you first go to catch her but she tries very hard to please and is very supple and soft in your hand and has lovely paces and a really nice pop over a fence with great technique even though she is still green. She would be a super Working Hunter prospect as she has a bit of bone, good movement and a clean jump. Needs her confidence building up a bit, but she has no buck/rear/nap and goes alone or in company, she's a cracking prospect. UPDATE; HARRIET CAME 5TH IN THE 2FT FIRST TIME EVER SHOW JUMPING AT THE WEEKEND AND ONLY KNOCKED ONE POLE DOWN IN THE 2'6. VERY GENUINE PONY WITH A LOVELY ATTITUDE.

16.3hh 10yo IDxTB Chestnut Gelding. Has been a hunt hireling & Field Masters horse and has hunted all of his life. He is a very quiet horse and an easy ride. He would take a novice hunting and give them a good day. He jumps well and although he is new to show jumping (having been jumping hedges, walls ditches etc) he is enjoying it and could also make a nice Riding Club horse. He is very easy to deal with, great to catch, shoe, load (trailer or lorry) and isn't phased by anything out riding, really straight forward horse. He has a few scars and a bit of wear and tear as you would expect from a well hunted horse, but he is sound and healthy and ready for the season.

Heavy Weight cob, loads of bone without feather, 15.2hh 8yo Palomino & White mare. With double the weight on her she would make a really smart Show/Maxi cob. She is a nice and unusual mare, would suit almost anyone, not for a total beginer but certainly very easy going and straight forward, safe in open spaces and not spooky, perfect 'husbands horse' type or could well be schooled on & competed a bit or hunted. If not sold I will be hunting her myself.
Sorry about the face pulling in the video, it was pouring with rain!! :)

16.3hh Irish Draught (un-reg) grey 9yo mare. I am very excited about this mare, she is amazing! She has very nice conformation and is good enough to show as a Heavy Weight Hunter, she has an ENOURMOUS jump and could go SJ (in video clearing 4'8!!) and she is an outstanding hunter, real thrusters horse, jumping ditches, banks, walls, gates and anything else you face her at, definitely good enought o be a masters horse. We took her in the Novice Working Hunter at the weekend and she won her class first time out. She is amazingly versatile and could do a number of jobs. Would be wasted with a novice, I would love to see her go in to Hunt Sservice or Showing, or a home where she will be out and doing a job as she loves to work.

Gorgeous, 16.2hh Piebald Irish Sports Horse 4yo Gelding, By THE TRAVELLER, out of a CLOVER HILL mare! He has a lovely temperment and is a very laid back boy. He was broken as a 3yo and has hunted in Ireland. He has the most amazing easy jump and is a real competition prospect. Is just learning how to go in a contact and work in the school but is an easy ride, no nap and not silly, a lovely project for someone to bring on for competition or showing, or very smart all-rounder.
TOOK THIS HORSE TO LOCAL SHOW ON SUNDAY, HAVING NEVER SHOWJUMPED BEFORE HE CAME 6TH IN 2'9 & 3RD IN 3'6!!

Very sweet 14.2hh (full-up) cremello 8yo gelding, lovely to handle and have about, very gentle. Has done a lot of driving and has been doing PC with a 10yo girl this summer. He doesnt know much in the school but is very willing and easy, and hacks out really well alone or in company and is good with traffic. Nice PC allrounder or would suit small adult for fun easy hacking. It's me on him in the pictures and i'm 5'8 so he is bigger than he looks...
