14.3/15hh Cob x Irish Draught Bay gelding, 5yo, he came over from Ireland where had been used in a trekking center. He is very nice natured, easy to catch and handle, likes attention and is an easy comfy ride. He goes out alone or in company and although still slightly green on his own is anybodies ride in company. He is very straight forward and a nice & handsome boy. He will make a nice family horse. He carries himself well and would have potential to show as a lightweight cob, or would be a nice PC / RC all - rounder. I was told he had been driven in Ireland as well as being driven but I haven't tried him yet...

15.3hh very quiet & easy, weight carrying cob mare. She is very pretty and has a lovely nature, she is always the first one up to you in the field for a stroke and is friendly without being pushy or in your face. She has a nice pace and isnt a boring plod but she certainly isnt going to gallop off with you, she will walk and trot on nicely but you would have to kick a bit to get a canter, so she's not going to frighten anyone. She hacks out well alone & in company and isnt bothered by traffic. She would make a really nice maxi cob, it's hard to find this type of mare with height and bone and she is particularly unsusual because of her colour. There are more pictures of me riding her on the moors on the 'May' page.

15.2hh Chestnut with a white blaze, registered Thoroughbred mare, 11yo, she raced as a 2 and 3yo she retired from racing sound and has bred a few foals, but has been back in work for the past couple of years and is a really fun ride. She is forward going, no nap and not very spooky, but is quite keen in open spaces and loves a good gallop She does have brakes and isnt naughty, just keen. I really enjoy riding this mare and she will really suit someone looking for a fun hack / riding horse. She's not really ever been schooled or jumped but she is willing enough & there's no reason she couldnt learn. She lives out happily and will live in but is a bit of a fidget in the stable. She's a really good doer and isnt a flimsy TB like some of them are, she's quite solid and looks a bit like a Quarter Horse...

14.2hh bay 3yo conny x cob mare, she is broken and riding out well. She is still green due to her age but she's very easy and sweet and just needs someone to carry on with her education. She's very good to handle, catch and have her hooves picked up and has been a real pet where she's come from in Ireland. She would be a lot more money as a 4yo but because of her age so is a bargain for someone.

Rose grey 4yo gelding, by a Registered Irish Draught out of a sports horse mare, broken last Autumn. He is quiet and easy to handle, very attractive and moves really well. I think this chap has A LOT of potential and is good enough to show and would make a lovely Small Hunter. He is still a little green but he is very willing and looks to take a nice contact on the bit, he finds it easy to carry himself, he has nice paces, moves straight and has a nice action. This is a very nice horse.

14.1hh. 7yo, Black & White heavy feathered traditional gypsy cob gelding. Broken to ride & drive, he is a very sweet natured cob but I think he has had a few smacks in his time and is a bit head shy sometime which is really sad :( He is a naturally very quiet cob though and isn't bothered by much going on around him, he is great with traffic and easy to lead, load, have his hoves picked up etc and loves attention once he knows you're not going to be mean to him. He is sooooo hairy i've had to plait his mane up so he can see where he's going!! Still needs a bit more work but a really nice cob.
SOLD

4yo dark bay & white 14.2 (full up) cob mare. Nice enough to show in coloured classes, lovely conformation & type. She hadn't had much handling before she came here, but she is sweet and very quick to learn. I've backed her and hacked her around the village quietly and she’s now turned away. She will be a lovely youngster for someone to bring on with the potential to be a nice all-rounder or the ability to go further as a show horse. She would also lend herself well to driving as she is very clever and willing in long reins.

Un-Registered Connemara mare, 14.2hh (not been pushed and still has some growing to do so may make 15hh), she's 3 years old & already broken and hacking out quietly round the roads, this pony has a tremendous jump and is showing loads of potential as a future competition / Pony Club pony. Don't be put off by her age, she is very sweet and easy and just wants someone to carry on with her education, in a years time this will be a very valuable pony. See the pictures of her loose jumping on the May 2011 page.

17hh Reg Irish Draught x Thoroughbred 5yo chestnut gelding. Worked as Field Masters horse last season in Sligo Ireland. He just came over this week and is a really super horse, anyone could ride him, he is kind, quiet, sensible, has a lovely mouth, goes alone or in company and isnt silly or spooky. Could make some one a great hunter or just a extremely smart family all-rounder. Could use somemore weight on, but is a very attractive horse.
